Terms and Conditions – Uplift and Evolve Coaching 1. Introduction By using Uplift and Evolve Coaching’s services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services. 2. Services We provide personal training, group classes, and custom programs. Services may be updated or modified at any time. 3. Payment Fees are listed on our website and/or in your agreement. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 4. Booking & Cancellations Sessions must be booked in advance. To cancel or reschedule without penalty, provide at least 12 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged. We’ll attempt to reschedule based on availability. 5. Health & Safety You confirm you’re physically fit to participate and agree to consult a healthcare provider if needed. You acknowledge the inherent risks of exercise and participate at your own risk. 6. Liability & Indemnification By using our services, you release Uplift and Evolve Coaching and its trainers from liability for injuries or health issues. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any related claims or damages. 7. Privacy Your personal information and training records are confidential and securely stored. We do not share your information without consent. 8. Updates to Terms These Terms may be updated anytime, with changes posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new terms. 9. Legal Jurisdiction & Disputes These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Disputes shall be resolved via mediation, arbitration, or court in Pennsylvania unless otherwise agreed in writing. 10.
